Rick Santorum is not actually Satan

Op.ed. :Santorum is a deeply evil fuck who is sexist and homophobic. His legislation w/r/t animals may seem enlightened and progressive but a close reading reveals it's specieist core. For Santorum, animals exist only because of the purpose they serve to humans. That being said his legistlation aims to make some very real (or real seeming) changes for the good of animals, in particular dogs. This is why he has PETA and HSUSA singing his praises, which hopefully irks him to no end.

A word about that last post. I orginally wanted the images to stand on their own but soon realized that was ridiculous because they were being viewed outside of any context.
So, that sequence, which I would like to call How To Kill And Eat A Dog, comes courtesy of the brave and amazing Korean Animal Protection Society. Now I will go cry.

Dave- I tend to eat the same thing for lunch everyday, bar lunches for work where we eat out. Of late it's been almond butter sandwiches on sprouted grain bread and starwberry or apricot jam. I also made a big batch of white bean soup with Kale, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and basil. I'm fairly consistent, which is probably kinda boring.

Things on my mind currently (no particular order)
Driving to Bellevue tomorrow (I wont be able to handle traffic), Driving to Lynwood for a demonstration on Saturday, then lunch with friends we've not seen in some time, then picking up grandparents in laws at Sea Tac. Guacamole wifey made. Beer I'll be drinking tonight.
Books I am looking forward to God Jr, Lunar Park. The price of Ferries and parking when going to Friday Harbor. Playing spades online instead of writing novel.
