Dave- I tend to eat the same thing for lunch everyday, bar lunches for work where we eat out. Of late it's been almond butter sandwiches on sprouted grain bread and starwberry or apricot jam. I also made a big batch of white bean soup with Kale, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and basil. I'm fairly consistent, which is probably kinda boring.
